By accessing or using ONE TIGER DIGITAL LTD's SaaS platform ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Service

ONE TIGER DIGITAL LTD provides a SaaS platform that includes CRM and Pipeline Management, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Sales Funnel Builder, Website Builder, Surveys and Forms, Booking and Appointments, Analytics and Reporting, Call Tracking, 2 Way SMS Marketing, Reputation Management, Courses and Products, Workflow Automation, and AI Content Writer.

3. User Accounts

a. You must create an account to use the Service. b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. c. You agree to notify ONE TIGER DIGITAL LTD immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

a. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. b. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share using the Service. c. You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

5. Payment and Billing

a. Payment is required to access certain features of the Service. b. ONE TIGER DIGITAL LTD reserves the right to change pricing and payment terms with notice.

6. Phone Rebilling

ONE TIGER DIGITAL uses LC (Lead Connector) Phone System. You will be charged for usage for Phone and SMS. Charges through LC (Lead Connector) Phone System are set by the rates of Twilio for the UK at https://www.twilio.com/en-us/sms/pricing/gb. *Rates may differ as per region and number type. More information can be found on character limits and segments and SMS rates at https://www.twilio.com. Rebilling is at 1.05x.

7. Privacy Policy

a. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

a. ONE TIGER DIGITAL LTD retains ownership of all intellectual property associated with the Service. b. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

a. ONE TIGER DIGITAL LTD is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

a. Either party may terminate the Service with notice. b. ONE TIGER DIGITAL LTD may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

11. Free Trial

“Free Trial” is a period that grants access to “the Service”, without charge. When the free trial period ends, the card assigned to the account will be charged cost of the subscription package selected. “Free Trial” period ends at the date of first billing.

12. Refunds

a) Monthly Subscriptions; Full refund of the first month's subscription are available within 14 days. b) Yearly Subscriptions; There are no refunds on yearly packages. c) “Free Trial”; There are no refunds on ANY subscriptions (monthly or yearly) that follow a “Free Trial” of any length. (see section 11). d) Refunds are not available on discounted plans.

13. Changes to Terms ONE TIGER DIGITAL LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
